Wikepedia tells us that Synergy is:

… (from the Greek syn-ergo, συνεργός meaning working together) is the term used to describe a situation where the final outcome of a system is greater than the sum of its parts.

Synergy can also mean:

• A mutually advantageous conjunction where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
• A dynamic state in which combined action is favored over the sum of individual component actions.
• Behavior of whole systems unpredicted by the behavior of their parts taken separately. More accurately known as emergent behavior.
• The cooperative action of two or more stimuli or drugs.

This is what I feel I am a part of when tackling complex, business related projects with Jorge Phyttas-Raposo.

The base where we stand is a fertile ground for ideas and concepts larger than both of us alone or even both our efforts by addition. We are individuals with flows of thought that swirl, merge, collide and generate new, richer processes. As it stands we have not lost our innate creativity on this process but have expanded it by allowing it to flow in its many facets of reasoning.
